Today I was grateful and humbled to present another prayer shawl to a dear lady who needed to experience the love of God in a very special way.

I completed this prayer shawl last week but was unable to give it to her because I was sick.  However, today proved to be just the day she needed it most.

This just let’s me know that everything that we do is never about us. God’s timing is always perfect.  I did not know until today that she had lost 2 family members this week. Mother Gwen fox has be the care giver for her adult soon how has suffer with AIDs for all of his adult life.

On up in age now, Mother Gwen Fox needed to feel and and experience the love of God in a special way today. She needs emotional healing from so many injustices in her life.  She has given so much to so many people.

God lead me to crochet this prayer shawl for her as a symbol of His ever lasting love for Her. A reminder that she is never alone and that He is always with her, even when she feels most lonely.

She was so over joyed at the sight of the prayer shawl that it left me absolutely speechless. In the back of my mind I asked God, why I had let this gift he had entrusted to me to sit dormat for so long, while people like her could have been blessed by it.

I can not lament over what I failed to do in the past. I just know that I am determined to do His will from this moment forward.
To God be the Glory for the wonderful things He has Done.
